MEMBERSHIP FREEZE (HOLD) POLICY

Memberships may be placed on a temporary hold (“freeze”) under the terms outlined below. A $15.00 freeze fee will be charged for each 28-day or monthly billing period that the membership remains frozen. This fee preserves the member’s current membership rate during the freeze period. A freeze may be applied for up to a maximum of three (3) total billing periods. These billing periods do not need to be consecutive and may be used in any combination; however, no more than three (3) total billing periods may be frozen within a twelve (12)-month period. Members enrolled in 6-month or 12-month contracts may request a freeze; however, the freeze period does not count toward completion of the contract term. The contract term will pause during the freeze and resume once the membership is reactivated. If a member chooses to cancel their membership while it is frozen, they will be responsible for one (1) final full membership payment at their regular 28-day or monthly rate. The Studio reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including medical or relocation verification, prior to approving a freeze or early cancellation request.

After the initial seven (7) day cancellation period, all memberships continue on a recurring 28-day or monthly billing cycle until properly canceled by the member or terminated by the studio. Verbal, text, or social media cancellation requests are not accepted. Cancellation requests become effective after the twenty-eight (28) days or one month if on a monthly billing period after the studio receives the completed cancellation form.. Any membership payments scheduled to occur prior to the effective cancellation date will be processed as scheduled. Membership access will remain active through the end of the final paid billing cycle.All unused classes or credits expire at the end of each 28-day or monthly billing cycle and do not carry over, transfer, or receive refunds.For members enrolled in 6-month or 12-month contract agreements, early cancellation prior to fulfillment of the contract term will result in a one-time early termination fee equal to two (2) full membership payments at the member’s regular rate.
